Vintage Car Into a Book Tank

Creations | 347 views

Argentinian artist Raul Lemesoff has modified a 1979 Ford Falcon to create a military tank “armed” with 900 free books in place of the usual artillery.

For his project titled ‘Weapons of Mass Instruction’, commissioned by beverage company 7UP, Lemesoff drove around Buenos Aires in his mobile library and distributed these books, ranging from politics to poetry, to random pedestrians on the streets before encouraging them to read.

Please see below some pictures of this amazing book tank 🙂
