His creation, Plant Friends, is a system that checks the soil moisture, air temperature and air humidity of your plants, sending you an email or text message when your plants require watering.

The system uses a battery and the wireless data reaches you via an Android app. This allows you to view historical and real-time data on your phone. Choose from three designs—a robot, a dinosaur or a bunny.
